摘　　要：人类社会的发展需要大量的能源,催生了大量的海洋工程建设。海洋石油工程项目主要包括海洋石油平台、海上FPSO、海洋大型船舶等大型钢结构,项目投资额大、施工周期长,海洋工程服役环境恶劣,因此对质量有更高的要求。文章论述了海洋石油工程类项目质量控制的有效方法,从招投标阶段到设计再到施工检验交付,探讨了每一个流程环节质量控制的有效方法。The development of human society needs a lot of energy,which results in a large number of offshore oil engineering projects.Offshore oil engineering projects mainly include large steel structures such as offshore oil platforms,offshore FPSOs,and offshore large ships.The project has large investment,long construction period,and poor service environment of offshore engineering,so it has higher requirements for quality.This paper discusses the effective methods of quality control in offshore oil engineering projects,from bidding stage to design and construction inspection delivery,and discusses the effective methods of quality control in each process link.
