摘 要:基于Aspen Plus软件建立低温甲醇洗工艺流程,经过该流程处理后的净化气中H2S+COS含量目标要求小于20 ppm。通过灵敏度分析确定不同吸收剂用量下吸收塔塔板数和净化气中H2S+COS含量的关系、塔板数与吸收剂用量的关系和吸收剂用量与净化气中H2S+COS含量关系。确定最佳吸收塔塔板数为15块,考虑实际生产确定吸收剂流量为400 kmol/L,在该优化条件下净化气中H2S+COS含量小于10ppm。Low temperature methanol washing process was established by Aspen Plus software,the content of(H2S+COS)in the purified gas was less than 20ppm after treatment.The correlation between the number of absorber trays and content of(H2S+COS)in the purified gas,correlation between the number of trays and amount of absorbent and correlation between the absorbent and the content of(H2S+COS)in the purified gas were determined by the sensitivity analysis.The optimal number of absorption tower plates was 15 and the flow rate absorbent was 400 kmol/L.The content of(H2S+COS)in the purified gas achieved 10ppm under this optimized condition,
