摘 要:对于生物质焚烧烟气,传统的脱硫脱硝技术较难应对生物质焚烧烟气中低温、高碱、高灰等问题,而且处理工艺主要是单一污染物治理技术的简单组合,存在工艺复杂、占地面积大、运行费用高等问题。针对生物质焚烧烟气特点,提出一种新型的脱硫脱硝协同处理技术—臭氧氧化-湿法吸收工艺,该工艺可以有效克服生物质焚烧烟气中低温、高碱、高灰等问题,结合工程应用案例,该工艺脱硝效率平均可达83%,脱硫效率平均可达93%,可实现同时高效脱硫脱硝,保证烟气达标排放。It is difficult to deal with the problems of low temperature,high alkali and high ash of flue gas from biomass incineration for the traditional desulfurization and denitration technologies,mainly a simple combination of single pollutant treatment technology,which show some disadvantages,such as complex process,large area and high operation cost.A collaborative treatment technology of desulfurization and denitrification process of ozone oxidation-wet absorption is proposed to treat flue gas from biomass incineration,which overcomes the problems of low temperature,high alkali and high ash.According to the engineering application case,the denitrification efficiency can reach over 83%and the desulfurization efficiency can reach over 93%,which realize the simultaneous high-efficiency desulfurization and denitrification and ensure the flue gas up to the standard.
