浅述斜视与小儿眼科的中美差异

摘　　要：本文对加州大学旧金山分校斜视与小儿眼科的学科建设及临床诊治常规进行简单介绍,分别从学科架构、分级医疗及预约制度、电子病历、诊室配置、视功能检查、眼位检查、眼前节及眼底检查、睫状肌麻痹验光、诊断与治疗、继续教育方面叙述与我国存在较大差异之处,为各位同行提供参考。This article briefly introduced the discipline construction and clinical diagnosis and treatment routines of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the University of California,San Francisco,describing the major differences in the subject structure,hierarchical medical and appointment systems,electronic medical record,clinic equipment,visual function examination,eye position examination,anterior segment and fundus examination,cycloplegic refraction examination,diagnosis&treatment and continuing education between China and the U.S.,so as to provide reference for ophthalmologists.
