摘　　要：2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)迅速蔓延。到目前为止,以急性腮腺炎为首发表现的COVID-19病例国内外尚无相关报道,极易被临床忽视和误诊。现将病例做如下报告,以期为其他医疗机构在COVID-19诊治方面提供参考。Since December 2019,the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)has spread rapidly.Up to now,there is no relevant report at home and abroad about the COVID-19 cases with acute mumps as the first manifestation,which are easily ignored and misdiagnosed in clinic.Now,the case is reported as follows,in order to provide reference for other medical institutions in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
