摘 要:基于现代结构健康检测(SHM)系统方法,将阻尼减震器用于侧框架塔结构设计,以某炼化工程中的大型侧框架塔为对象,考虑塔体与框架不同连接,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行自振特性分析和7度罕遇地震作用下动力响应分析。计算结果表明,塔体和框架之间连接方式能影响结构的自振特性,弹簧刚度越大、侧框架塔基频越高;在地震作用下塔体与框架之间的连接对塔顶位移响应影响显著,塔体与框架之间采用阻尼减震器能有效提高侧框架塔的抗震性能,在目前工程设计规范缺乏明确规定的情况下,建议采用时程分析法进行结构的地震响应分析;在开发了太阳能电源基础上,通过试验验证磁流变阻尼器采用太阳能供电的可行性,保证野外空旷地区供能系统的稳定性。Based on modern structural health monitor(SHM)system method,damping shock absorbers are applied to the design of tower with side frame.By taking a large tower with side frame in a refining project as the object and considering different connections between the tower and the frame,the natural vibration characteristics and seismic response of the framed tower subjected to the rarely occurred 7.0-magnitude earthquake have been analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS.The results indicate that the natural vibration characteristics of the framed tower are dependent on the connection types between the tower and frame.The bigger the spring stiffness,the higher the fundamental frequency of the structure.The dynamic response behavior of the tower is affected significantly by the type of connection between the tower and frame under the action of earthquake.The seismic behavior of the framed tower can be improved effectively by setting the shock absorbers between the tower and frame.Under the condition of lack of clear stipulations in the current engineering standards,it is recommended to adopt the time-history analysis method for seismic response analysis.Based on the development of solar power supply,the feasibility of using solar energy to supply power to MR damper is verified experimentally,which ensures the stability of the power supply system in the outdoor open area.
