摘  要:利用常温拉伸(R m)、硬度(HV10)、低温冲击测试(-20℃,KV 2)及金相组织分析等测试方法,研究了690℃热处理温度对Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R异种钢焊接接头组织力学性能及金相组织的影响,并对影响机理进行了简要分析。研究表明,在选用了适当的焊材、严格执行焊接工艺的情况下,异种钢焊接接头的各项性能符合相关标准要求,可以支持Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R材质产品进行整体热处理,缩短产品制造周期。Normal temperature tensile(R m),hardness(HV10),charpy impact(-20℃,KV 2)and micro-structure analysis are utilized in this paper to study the effects of 690℃heat treatment temperature on mechanical properties and micro-structures of dissimilar welded joints of Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R,and the influence mechanisms are analyzed briefly.The research shows that provided appropriate welding consumables are selected and welding procedures are strictly implemented during the welding of dissimilar materials,the mechanical and other properties(if required)gained from the testing can meet relevant technical requirements,which can support overall post-heat treatment of Q345R+12Cr2Mo1R materials,and reduce the manufacturing period of products at the same time.
