摘  要:为了解决在焦炉荒煤气余热回收中普遍存在的换热面结焦、介质泄漏等技术难题,对焦炉荒煤气上升管的传热特性进行了研究。采用结焦性试验、中试试验的方法,得出了荒煤气不易结焦的温度范围为450~750℃;找到了影响传热效果的主要因素,据此研发出一种双层夹套管结构的换热装置。试验结果表明,该装置具有极佳的换热效果,解决了焦油粘结堵塞上升管的问题,避免了发生水漏入焦炉炭化室的事故,使换热元件在断水断电状态下长时间干烧而不损坏的技术难题迎刃而解。Research regarding the heat transfer property of coke oven riser was conducted to solve the technical problems,including coking on heat exchange surface and media leakage etc.in waste heat recovery of coke oven gas in the riser.By coking experiments and pilot tests,the results show that the range of gas temperature without coking is between 450℃and 750℃;the main factors affecting heat transfer effect were found and thereby a double-layer jacketed heat transfer device was developed.The test results show that this device has excellent heat exchange effect,solves the problem of riser blocking due to tar sticking,prevents water and steam from leaking into the carbonization chamber of the coke oven,making the technical problem of long-term dry burning of the heat exchange components without damage under the condition of water and power supply interruption.
