摘 要:生物活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species,ROS)、活性硫(Reactive Sulfur Species,RSS)物种在生物体内扮演着重要的角色,其生理水平的波动与一些生理疾病密切相关。因此,活性氧、活性硫的检测对相关的生物、医学领域研究有意义。传统的检测方法如高效液相法、原子光谱法、质谱法等存在耗时长、检测方式繁琐、灵敏度低等缺陷,而荧光探针因其具有操作简单、灵敏度高、实时细胞成像、毒性低、选择性好、高效性等优点,引起研究人员的广泛的兴趣,目前已经成为了现代科学研究以及疾病诊断等领域中不可或缺的检测工具。该文对荧光探针的分类、活性硫(RSS)、活性氧(ROS)的生理作用、活性硫、活性氧荧光探针的研究进展做了较全面的概括与分析。Reactive oxygen species(ROS)and Reactive sulfur species(RSS)play an important role in vivo,and their fluctuation of physiological level is closely related to some physiological diseases.Therefore,the detection of ROS and RSS is of great significance in the related biological and medical fields.Traditional detection methods such as high-performance liquid method,atomic spectroscopy,mass spectrometry have the disadvantages of time-consuming,cumbersome detection methods,and low sensitivity.However,fluorescent probes have attracted extensive interest and become an indispensable detection tool in modern scientific research and disease diagnosis because of its advantages,such as simple operation,high sensitivity,real-time cell imaging,low toxicity,high selectivity and high efficiency.This paper reviewed the classification of fluorescent probes,the physiological role of reactive sulfur(RSS)and reactive oxygen species(ROS),the research progress of reactive sulfur and reactive oxygen fluorescent probes.
