摘　　要：大数据时代,高校档案具有数量庞大、结构多样、生成快速、来源广泛等新特征,导致传统档案管理模式下,高校档案管理出现概念失真、技术失效、方法失灵等新问题。为了客观、真实、全面地了解大数据环境下山东高校档案管理工作现状与面临的挑战,从档案数据资源体系、档案利用服务体系、档案安全保密体系和档案行政管理体系四个方面开展问卷调查,进行对比分析,在此基础上提出高校档案数据管理平台构建模型和高校档案管理模式重构方案。In the era of big data,university archives demonstrate such new characteristics as being huge in numbers,diverse in structures,rapid in generation,and wide in sources,which have given rise to such new problems as conceptual distortions,technical failures,and method failures in university archive management under the traditional archive management mode.In order to objectively,truthfully and comprehensively understand the current situation and challenges of archives management of universities in Shandong Province in the context of big data,questionnaire surveys were conducted focusing on four aspects:archive data resource system,archive utilization service system,archive security and confidentiality system,and archive administrative management system.A comparative analysis was then carried out,and on this basis,the construction models of university archive data management platform and the reconstruction plans of college archive management mode were proposed.
