摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)患者发病持续增加,死亡人数不断攀升。西医尚无特效抗病毒药物,临床应用中医药治疗效果逐渐凸显,对于阻滞病情进展、提高治愈率、降低病死率发挥了积极的作用。应用中医传承辅助系统软件,探讨济南市传染病医院中医专家组治疗新冠肺炎的用药规律,对筛选出的155首处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的性味归经、使用频次、药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出4个核心组合和2首新处方。用药以芳香辟秽、宣肺祛湿、散寒利咽、温阳健脾、和胃化湿、疏利肝气、淡渗利湿为主,随证化裁,应用灵活,配伍严谨。The incidence of COVID-19 continues to increase,and the number of deaths continues to rise.Western medicine does not yet have specific antiviral drugs,and the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become more effective.It has played a positive role in blocking disease progression,improving the cure rate,and reducing the mortality rate.Based on the sofeware of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assisting system,this article discusses the experience of treating COVID-19 in the expert group of traditional chinese medicine in our hospital.The 155 prescriptions screened out are analyzed to determine the medicinal properties of the drugs in the prescription,the frequency of use,and the association rules between drugs.Dig out 4 core combination and 2 new prescriptions.The main treatments are aroma scavenging xuanfei dispelling dampness,dispersing cold and phlegm,warming the spleen,warming the liver qi,relieving the liver qi,and diminishing the dampness and dampness.It is tailored according the certificate,flexible in application,and rigorous in compatibility.
