摘  要:对近20年菊苣酸的提取、分离纯化工艺的研究概况进行综述,发现提取菊苣酸常用的原材料为紫锥菊及菊苣,常见的提取方法为超声波提取及加热回流提取,常见的分离纯化方法为萃取、结晶及现代色谱技术等。本文旨在为菊苣酸单体的进一步开发应用提供来源参考。参考文献36篇。Through summarizing the last 20 years of extraction,separation and purification technique of chicory acid,we have found that Echinacea purpurea(L.)Moench and Cichorium intybus L.were commonly used to extract chicory acid as raw materials.Ultrasonic extraction and heating reflux extraction were used as common extraction methods,and extraction,crystallization and modern chromatography technology were isolation and purification method.The purpose of this research is to provide a reference for further development and application of chicory acid monomer.There are 36 research papers cited for the references.
