摘 要:由于钢管混凝土构件与混凝土轨枕块结合位置的设计尺寸对其在吊装与施工过程中受力影响显著,为研究钢管混凝土构件距离轨枕块底部的距离、钢管混凝土构件之间的间距,建立有限元模型分析钢管混凝土构件中心与混凝土轨枕块底部距离H分别取30,40,50和60 mm时混凝土轨枕的受力情况,同时分析2钢管混凝土构件中心距离L分别取140,150,160,170和180 mm时,混凝土轨枕的受力情况。计算结果表明:H取50 mm,L取150 mm时混凝土轨枕块受力最优。The design dimensions of the joint position of the concrete-filled steel tubular members and the concrete sleeper blocks have a significant influence on the stress in the process of hoisting and construction.To study the distance of the concrete-filled steel tubular members from the bottom of the sleeper block and the distance between concrete-filled steel tubular members,the finite element model was established to analyze the stress of the concrete sleeper when the distance H between the center of the CFT member and the bottom of the concrete sleeper block was 30,40,50 and 60 mm respectively and the stress of the concrete sleeper was analyzed when the central distance L of the two concrete-filled steel tubular members was 140,150,160,170 and 180 mm.The results showed that the stress of the concrete sleeper block was optimal when H is 50 mm and L is 150 mm.
