摘 要:针对以往多从车辙深度均值统计进行路面质量评价,对车辙统计方法的合理性与其发育机理研究较少的现状,基于乍嘉苏高速公路2010年至2016年路面车辙深度统计数据,拟合车辙深度分布图得到相应期望值,对比车辙深度平均值进行差异性分析,进而分析高路堤(2.5 m以上)、低路堤(2.5 m以下)高速公路车辙深度与车辆轴载之间的相关性,探讨交通荷载作用下沥青路面车辙深度的发展规律。研究结果表明:以车辙深度期望值统计方式较均值统计更具有科学性,同时路堤高度对沥青路面车辙发育有严重影响,车辙达到剪切破坏阶段的状态取决于车辙深度,且低路堤车辙达到剪切破坏的时间早于高路堤,研究成果可为运营期路面分段预养护提供理论依据。Rutting is an important evaluation index of pavement quality.In the past,the statistical method of rutting depth was used to evaluate pavement quality,but the rationality of rutting statistical method and its development mechanism were seldom studied.Therefore,based on the statistical data of pavement rutting depth of Zhajiasu Asphalt Expressway from 2010 to 2016,the corresponding expectations were obtained by fitting the rut depth distribution map,compared with the average rutting depth and made a difference analysis,and then analyzed the correlation between the rutting depth of high embankment(above 2.5 m)and low embankment(below 2.5 m)expressway and vehicle axle load,and discussed the development law of rutting depth of asphalt pavement under traffic load.The results show that the statistical method of rut depth expectations is more scientific than the average one,and the height of embankment has a serious influence on the rutting development of asphalt pavement,and the state of rutting reached the stage of shear failure depends on the rutting depth.The time of shear failure of low embankment is earlier than that of high embankment,which provides theoretical basis for pavement segment pre-conservation during operation period.
