摘 要:为了解某600MW发电机组汽轮机低压缸在深度调峰工况下流场情况,建立了汽轮机低压缸7级叶片模型,采用数值模拟的方法进行了6种工况的计算和分析,得到了6种不同进汽参数下低压缸整个流场和末级叶片温度场的分布情况,并分析了低压缸进汽流量、进汽温度对整个流场和末级叶片温度的影响。结果表明:低压缸在质量流量为140t/h时,排汽出口开始出现回流,且出口区域底部最早出现回流;小流量工况下,末级叶片的最高温度出现在静叶片叶顶出汽边附近,且进汽流量越小,回流越严重,叶片表面温度越高;降低低压缸进汽温度,可有效改善鼓风效应并降低末级叶片表面温度。In order to understand the flow field of of the 600MW generator steam turbine low-pressure cylinder in depth peak load conditions.A seven-stage blade model of the steam turbine low-pressure cylinder was established.The numerical simulation method was used to calculate and analyze the six flow conditions,the distributed condition of the whole flow field and the last stage temperature field of the low-pressure cylinder under six different inlet parameters was obtained.The effects of the inlet steam flow and inlet steam temperature of low-pressure cylinder on the whole flow field and last stage blade temperature was analysed.The results show that the outlet area began to reflux when the inlet mass flow rate of the low-pressure cylinder is 140t/h,and the reflux appears in the bottom of the outlet area earliest.Under the condition of small mass flow,the highest temperature of the last stage blade appears near the exit edge on the top of stator blade.The smaller the inlet flow rate,the more serious the reflux,the higher the surface temperature of the blade.Reducing the inlet steam temperature of the low-pressure cylinder is beneficial for improving the blast effect and reducing the surface temperature of the last stage blade.
