摘  要:为了提高工业汽轮机效率,实现节能减排和降低加工制造成本,对高转速工业汽轮机低压级组进行气动设计,并对其进行三维气动分析。完成了低压级组的一维设计、二维气动设计和叶型设计:动叶转速为6600r/min,进口总压为200kPa、进口总焓为2684.2kJ/kg、背压为7kPa下的流量为51.2t/h,总总效率为92.4%,总静效率为88.6%,达到设计要求。末级动叶的径高比为2.68,降低了转子的尺寸。三维流场分析显示:低压级组载荷分布均匀,级间匹配合理,气动性能良好;气动参数沿叶高分布均匀,叶片沿叶高具有良好的攻角特性。In order to improve the efficiency of industrial steam turbines,save energy,reduce emission and manufacturing costs,the low-pressure stages was designed for the high speed industrial steam turbine,three-dimensional aerodynamic flow field was analyzed.The one-dimensional,two-dimensional aerodynamic design and airfoil design of the low pressure stages were completed:the rotor speed was 6600r/min,the total inlet pressure is 200kPa,the total inlet enthalpy is 2684.2 kJ/kg,and the back pressure is 7kPa,the flow rate is 51.2t/h,the total to total efficiency was 92.4%,and the total to static efficiency is 88.6%,which meets the design requirements.The aspect ratio of the last stage rotor blade is 2.68,which can reduce the size of the rotor.The three-dimensional flow field analysis shows that the load distribution of the low pressure stage group is uniform,the matching between the stages is reasonable,the low pressure stages has good the aerodynamic performance.The aerodynamic parameters are evenly distributed along the blade.
