摘  要:为满足对机组冷态启动时暖缸状态进行实时、全方位监测的需求,提出了一种暖机状态的实时监测方法:首先,通过对机组进行三维建模及热应力分析,获取可充分表征整个缸体温度场的温度测点;然后,在原有DCS蒸汽测点参数的基础上,加入新的缸体局部温度测点;最后,开发了暖缸状态实时监测系统,利用上述温度测点数据对暖缸状态进行可视化,让工作人员可直观判断暖机效果。这既改善了机组整体运行安全系数,避免因暖缸不充分带来的轴振超限(甚至碰摩)等安全问题,又提高了暖机效率,避免因长时间暖机带来大量蒸汽的消耗及对机组并网发电的影响,提高机组整体运行经济性,此外,该方法具有普适性,具有较高推广价值。In order to meet the needs of real-time and all-round monitoring of warm-up state of the unit during cold start-up,a real-time monitoring method of warm-up state is proposed:firstly,through three-dimensional modeling and thermal stress analysis of the unit,the temperature measuring points that can fully represent the temperature field of the whole cylinder are obtained;secondly,based on the original DCS steam measuring point parameters,a new local temperature measurement of the cylinder is added Finally,a real-time monitoring system of warm-up state is developed,which can visualize the warm-up state by using the data of the above-mentioned temperature measuring points,so that the staff can directly judge the warm-up effect.This not only improves the overall operation safety factor of the unit,avoids the shaft vibration overrun(even rub impact)and other safety problems caused by the warm-up supplement,but also improves the warm-up efficiency,avoids the large amount of steam consumption caused by the long-term warm-up and the impact on the grid connected power generation of the unit,and improves the overall operation economy of the unit.In addition,this method is universal and has high promotion value.
