摘　　要：2009年以来,广西在村级公共服务中心建设资金投入、建设内容扩展、建设项目数量、数字化服务及特色文化融入等方面都取得了较为显著的成效,创造了欠发达地区基层公共服务体系建设的广西经验,成为深受基层群众欢迎的为民办实事项目和切实保障基层群众基本文化权益的文化惠民工程。在建设过程中,也出现了发展不均衡、需求不匹配、机制不健全、整合不充分等问题。为进一步提升广西村级公共服务中心建设,保质保量完成广西村级公共服务中心建设规划目标,更好地推进广西乡村振兴建设工作,提出了具体的对策建议。Since 2009,Guangxi has made remarkable achievements in the construction of village-level public service center in terms of capital investment,expansion of construction content,amount of construction projects,digital services and integration of characteristic culture,which has provided experience in the construction of grass-roots public service system in underdeveloped areas,and has become a popular practical project run by local people,as well as a practical project to guarantee the cultural rights and interests for grass-roots mass.In the process of construction,there are also problems such as unbalanced development,unmatched measure,imperfect mechanism and inadequate integration.This paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to help improve the construction of Guangxi village-level public service center,achieve its planned construction goal with guaranteed quality,and better promote the rural revitalization in Guangxi.
