摘  要:为提高沥青混合料路用性能,选用高聚物(回收废旧塑料,主要成分为聚乙烯和聚丙烯)和木质素纤维组成的复合增强剂对沥青进行改性,制备AC-13,AC-16和AC-20型3种级配的沥青混合料,通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及冻融劈裂试验对其路用性能进行综合表征。试验结果表明:当沥青混合料中复合增强剂掺量为1.0%(质量分数w)时,其动稳定度和低温破环应变分别提升约3.5倍和1.4倍,高低温性能改善效果显著,同时此掺量下3种级配沥青混合料水稳性能也达到最佳。将w=5%苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性剂及w=0.4%抗车辙剂与不同复合增强剂掺量(w=0%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)的沥青混合料高低温性能进行对比发现,当复合增强剂掺量为w=1.0%时,混合料的高低温性能优于抗车辙剂改性沥青;与SBS改性沥青的改善效果接近。综合考虑混合料的路用性能,建议复合增强剂的最佳掺量为w=1.0%。To improve the performance of asphalt mixtures,composite reinforcers composed of polymers(recycled waste plastics,the main components of which are polyethylene and polypropylene)and lignin fibers are used to modify asphalt.Laboratory tests,including rutting test,low temperature bending test and freeze thaw split test,were conducted to evaluate the road performance of three asphalt mixtures(i.e.AC 13,AC 16 and AC 20).The results showed that when the content of the composite enhancer in asphalt mixture is 1.0%(mass fraction w),the dynamic stability and low temperature breaking strain are increased by 3.5 times and 1.4 times respectively,and the high and low temperature performance gets improved.At the same time,the water stability of the three graded asphalt mixtures is also optimal.A comparion was made of the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture with w=5%Styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer(SBS)modifier and w=0.4%anti rutting agent with that of different compounding agent(0%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%),and found that when the content of the composite enhancer is w=1.0%,the high and low temperature performance of the mixture is better than that of anti rutting agent modified asphalt,and closed to that of the improved SBS block copolymer.To obtained the good road performance of mixture,it is recommended that the optimum amount of the composite enhancer(CE)be w=1.0%.
