摘 要:为分析生态文明建设效率,以陕西省生态文明建设为研究对象,应用非期望产出SBM模型对其效率水平进行测算分析,引用Super-SBM模型对决策单元进行分析,从综合效率、技术效率和规模效率等3个方面对陕西省生态文明建设效率水平进行综合评价。研究发现,陕西省生态文明建设有地理位置优势,在生态文明建设过程中,可以合理配置资本、劳动力以及能源投入,获得合理的经济产出,同时控制非期望产出的数量,走节约、集约和理性的发展道路,尽量避免重复投资带来的资源浪费。An evaluation index system for the efficiency of ecological civilization construction is built.The undesirable output SBM model is used to calculate and analyze the efficiency level of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi Province,and the Super SBM model is used to analyze the decision unit.A Comprehensive evaluation is made of the efficiency level of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi Province from three aspects:comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.It is found that Shaanxi Province has geographical advantages.In the process of ecological civilization construction,Shaanxi Province should reasonably allocate its capital,labor,and energy inputs to obtain reasonable economic output,and control the amount of unintended output.An economical,intensive and rational development path should be taken,avoiding wasting resources due to repeated investment.
