摘 要:采用SEM、EDS和XRD等表征手段分析了在注水井中使用23~65个月的镍磷镀油管的表面腐蚀产物形貌、成分和结构,并对镍磷镀层和油管钢基体的失效原因和腐蚀机理进行探讨。结果表明:服役后,油管表面镍磷镀层均发生了不同程度的损伤,油管钢基体也发生了腐蚀,64.2%的镍磷镀油管因腐蚀引起的壁厚减薄大于标准要求(缺陷深度小于12.5%管体名义壁厚);镍磷镀层厚度太薄,油管前处理工艺不达标,以及Cl-引起的腐蚀是镍磷镀层失效的主要原因;镍磷镀层失效后,腐蚀介质直接与油管钢基体接触,发生溶解氧腐蚀、二氧化碳腐蚀和垢下腐蚀。Morphology,composition and structure of the corrosion products on the surface of Ni-P plated oil pipes used in water injection wells for 23 to 65 months were analyzed by means of SEM,EDS and XRD,and the failure causes and corrosion mechanisms of Ni-P coatings and basic steel were discussed.The results show that the Ni-P coating on the surface of the oil pipe suffered various degrees of damage after the service,and corrosion also occurred in the steel pipe substrate.64.2%of the Ni-P plated oil pipes had a thinner wall thickness due to corrosion than the standard requirement(The defect depth should less than 12.5%of the nominal wall thickness of the pipe body).The thickness of the Ni-P coating was too thin,the pretreatment process of the tubing was not up to standard,and the corrosion caused by Cl-was the main reason for the failure of the Ni-P coating.After the failure of the Ni-P coating,corrosive medium directly contacted the steel substrate of the pipe,dissolved oxygen corrosion,carbon dioxide corrosion,and subscale corrosion occurred.
