摘  要:闸门漏水一直缺乏科学有效的检测方法,无法及时准确地发现问题,从而导致闸门运行中产生各类安全隐患。针对闸门止水性能检测问题,基于涡流传感技术研制了一种简单易用的闸门止水检测装置,采用灵敏度高、计量精确的蜗轮式水流量传感器;通过对船闸尺度、闸阀门设计标准等的分析,提出闸门漏水情况评价标准,为是否需要进行闸门修复提供可靠的判断和评价依据。通过开展现场应用检测闸门止水漏水情况,发现装置运行正常,漏水情况与人工检测的实际情况相符,说明该装置及相应评价标准具有很强的实用性。Leakage of sluice gate has always been lack of detection methods,thus unable to identify problems in a timely and accurate man⁃ner.Leakage can also lead to a series of safety hazards,which affect the normal operation of the sluice gate.This paper addressed the issue of gate waterproof performance detection,a simple gate water stop detection device was developed based on eddy current sensing technology,which adopted a worm gear type water flow sensor with high sensitivity and accurate measurement.Based on analyzing the scale of the ship lock and the design standard of the sluice gate,the evaluation criteria of the water leakage condition were proposed to provide a basis for whether the gate repair was needed.The device was operating normally through field application and the data was consistent with the actual situation of manual detection.The device and corresponding evaluation criterion were highly practical.
