摘　　要：科学数据素养教育及服务是彰显图书馆教育职能和信息服务职能的重要体现,也是适应E-Science、数据密集型科研范式及"双一流"建设的时代发展之需。文章综述了我国图书馆界科学数据素养教育及服务现状,探讨了"双一流"建设需求下高校图书馆科学数据素养教育及服务框架、服务内容。最后结合具体学校"双一流"建设需求,探索了科学数据素养教育与服务实践。Scientific data literacy education and service is an important embodiment of the educational and information service functions of the library,and it is also necessary to adapt to the era of E-Science,data intensive research paradigm and“double first-class”construction.This paper summarizes the current situation of scientific data literacy education and service in China,and probes into the scientific data literacy education,service framework and service content of university library under the demand of“double first-class”construction.Finally,combined with the specific“double first-class”construction needs,it explores the practice of scientific data literacy education and service.
