摘　　要：基于RPV的资源-流程-价值观框架,文章分析了高校图书馆专利信息服务依托的数据库资源和人力资源、采用的服务流程/模式及图书馆开展专利信息服务的价值观现状,并针对RPV框架的不同类型,从开发具有专业特色的专利数据库、专利信息服务人才的挖掘和团队建设、图书馆领导力对专利信息服务的支持,以及建立有效的激励机制和绩效评价体系等方面,提出了促进高校图书馆专利信息服务的发展策略。Based on the resource-process-value framework of RPV,this paper analyzes the database resources and human resources that the patent information service of university library relies on,the service process/mode adopted,and the current situation of the values of the patent information service carried out by the library.According to the different types of RPV framework,this paper proposes strategies for promoting the development of patent information service in university libraries from the following aspects,including the development of patent database with professional characteristics,the excavation and team building of patent information service talents,the support of library leadership to patent information service,and the establishment of effective incentive mechanism and performance evaluation system.
