摘  要:武术是我国自古传承下来的艺术瑰宝,与此同时,也是我国的国粹,传统民族体育代表。正是由于武术教学的重要性,才会被作为一种民族特色列入到学校体育课程的教学大纲中。但是,在发展的过程中,西方体操模式的加入,另外,学生在校课业压力较大,很多时候,并不能很好地掌握武术的精髓所在。综合考察我国近现代学校武术百年发展历程,东西文化的撞击使学校武术得到了新发展。因此,只有掌握学校武术教学的内容和思想发展规律,这样才能在淡化套路、突出方法、强调应用的思想理念下,编制出一套符合学生学习兴趣,又可以促进身心健康的武术教学内容。从本质上,优化武术教学改革,以此将武术教学发扬光大。Wushu is an art treasure inherited from ancient times in China.At the same time,it is also the quintessence of our country and the representative of traditional national sports.Because of the importance of Wushu teaching,it will be included in the syllabus of school physical education as a national characteristic.However,in the process of development,the Western gymnastics mode is added.In addition,students are under a lot of pressure in school.Many times,they can't grasp the essence of Wushu very well.A comprehensive study of the development of modern school Wushu in China over the past hundred years,the impact of eastern and Western culture has made the school Wushu get a new development.Therefore,only by mastering the content of Wushu teaching and the law of ideological development,can we develop a set of Wushu teaching content that conforms to students'interest in learning and can promote physical and mental health under the ideology of weakening routine,highlighting method and emphasizing application.In essence,we should optimize the reform of Wushu teaching so as to carry forward Wushu teaching.
