摘　　要：从基本面和社会成果两个维度构建长江经济带经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵权法计算2008-2017年长江经济带98个地区经济高质量发展指数,依据Dagum基尼系数测度并分解其水平差异,结果显示长江经济带经济高质量发展水平存在时空差异,区域间差异和超变密度是总体差异的主要来源;从空间自相关分析与热点分析可以看出,长江经济带经济高质量发展水平整体呈现出空间正相关性,空间布局表现为"东热西冷",存在空间二元结构现象。为推动长江经济带经济高质量一体化发展,应进一步谋划长江经济带上中下游协同发展新棋局,积极依靠热点地区经济发展优势引领整个区域新旧动能转换,并充分发挥中游区域间省地协商合作机制作用。The high-quality economic development evaluation index system of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is constructed from two dimensions of fundamentals and social achievements. The index of high-quality economic development of 98 regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2008-2017 is calculated by entropy weight method, and the level differences are measured and decomposed according to Dagum Gini coefficient. The results show that there are spatial-temporal differences. The regional difference and the intensity of the transvariation are the main sources of the overall difference. With the spatial autocorrelation analysis and hot spot analysis, it can be seen that the high-quality economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole shows a positive spatial correlation, and the spatial layout shows "hot in the east and cold in the west", and there is a phenomenon of spatial dual structure. In order to promote the high-quality integrated economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, we should further develop the new strategy of coordinated development of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, actively rely on the economic development advantages of hot spots to lead the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones in the whole region, and give full play to the role of interprovincial consultation and cooperation mechanism among the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
