摘 要:以县级城市为研究尺度,选取福建省6个经济较发达的县级市为研究区域,从人地关系、经济耗地、用地管理三方面因素构建评价指标体系,对不同区域建设用地集约利用水平进行了评价.研究结果表明,各区域建设用地集约利用水平差异显著,集约度从高到低依次为晋江市、长乐市、永安市、龙海市、福安市、邵武市.地均固定资产投资水平是促进建设用地集约利用的重要驱动因子,地理区位优势在较大程度上影响区域建设用地集约利用水平.To study the intensive use level of the different regional construction land in Fujian Province.Based on the study scale of county-level city,This paper chooses six county-level cities which more developed in Fujian province as the study area,and sets up the evaluation index system which includes three aspects of human-land relationship factor,economic consumption land factor and land management factor,then evaluates the intensive use level of different regional construction land.The intensive use level of construction land is obviously different in six county-level city,and the intensiveness order from high to low was Jinjiang,Changle,Yong an,Longhai,Fu an,Shaowu.The level of fixed assets investment is an important driving factor to promote the intensive use of construction land,and the location advantage affects a lot on the intensive use level of the regional construction land.In addition,local governments need to improve their land management level.
