全球城市视角下的国际社区规划建设指标体系探索——以上海市为例

摘　　要：在建设全球城市目标的导引下,境外人口日益增长的居住空间和环境品质需求反映出我国城市转向高质量发展的基本特征,国际社区规划建设成为城市国际化的重要支撑。本文在界定国际社区概念、梳理上海国际社区发展历程的基础上,结合境外人口特征及其空间分布,基于满意度问卷调查,针对境外人口的居住环境与设施需求,提出国际社区规划建设指标体系构建建议。Under the guidance of building global cities and considering cross-border migrants`growing needs for residential space and their requirements of environment quality,the planning and construction of international community becomes an important support for cities’internationalization,reflecting the high-quality characteristic of city development in China.Based on defining concepts of international community and reviewing international community development in Shanghai,we conducted questionnaire survey to analyze the population characteristics and spatial distribution of cross-border migrants,to propose suggestions of tentative index system of planning and construction of international community according to cross-border migrants`residential environment and facilities requirements.
