关于瑞安城市防洪排涝问题的思考

摘　　要：文章结合瑞安市多年来经遇台风、暴雨后,城区部分区域发生内涝的实际,提出解决城市防洪排涝问题的建议措施。This article combines the actual situation of flooding in some areas of the urban area after years of typhoons and heavy rains in Ruian City,and proposes measures to solve the problem of urban flood control and drainage.
