摘 要:为提高羊绒衫的抗起球性能,采用蛋白酶-壳聚糖法对羊绒衫进行整理。实验以织物表面的毛球数量为评价指标,在对壳聚糖、柔软剂、平滑剂的成膜机制以及与羊绒纤维反应机制分析的基础上,对羊绒衫进行抗起球整理,得到最佳抗起球整理工艺条件为:蛋白酶CTA-B用量1%(owf),壳聚糖用量3%(owf),柔软剂用量0.8%(owf);经最佳整理工艺处理后,羊绒衫摩擦2 h的抗起球性达到4~5级;摩擦5 h的毛球下降率为78%,抗起球性达到3.0~3.5级。羊绒衫经蛋白酶-壳聚糖法抗起球整理后手感较好,缩水率降低,白度没有明显变化。In order to improve the anti-pilling property of cashmere sweater,the cashmere sweater was treated by protease-chitosan method.In the experiment,the number of hairballs on the fabric surface was taken as the evaluation index.Based on the analysis of the film-forming mechanism of Chitosan/softener/Lubricant and the reaction mechanism with cashmere fiber,different anti-pilling finishing processes were carried out,and the optimum pilling finishing conditions were obtained as follows:protease CTA-B 1%(owf),chitosan 3%(owf),softener 0.8%(owf).The anti-pilling effect reached grade 4-5 after 2 h of friction.The dropping rate of hairball after 5 h of friction was 78%,and the anti-pilling grade reached 3.0-3.5.After anti-pilling finishing,the cashmere sweater shell with protease-chitosan had better handle,lower shrinkage and no obvious change in whiteness.
