摘 要:通过对比分析电火花和激光毛化工艺原理,对无序毛化工艺进行了探究,并完成了首次工业化尝试生产。对不同毛化后的铝板表面形貌进行分析的结果表明,通过合理的激光毛化工艺设计,可以获得无序表面形貌的铝板。并且毛化后的铝板表面在具有较高粗糙度的情况下,可进一步提高峰值密度数,其数值可以达到140以上,大大提高了铝板的冲压性以及涂漆性能。与传统的电火花毛化技术相比,激光无序毛化技术具有更大的技术优势,值得推广应用。Based on the comparative analysis of the principle of EDM and laser texturing,the disordered texturing process was ex⁃plored and the first industrial trial production was completed.Finally,the surface morphology of different roughened aluminum plate is analyzed.The results show that the aluminum plate with disordered surface morphology can be obtained by reasonable laser roughen⁃ing process design,and the peak density of the roughened aluminum plate surface can be further increased under the condition of high roughness,and the value can reach more than 140,which improves the stamping and painting performance of aluminum plate.Com⁃pared with the traditional electric spark texturing technology,the laser disordered texturing technology has greater technical advantages and is worth popularizing.
