摘  要:由于热连轧原有乳液加热系统采用外循环乳液直接电加热,电加热器功率大,和乳液直接接触的电加热管外壁温度高,因此会导致乳液在电加热管外壁烧结,所产生的烧结物在污染乳液的同时也降低了热传导效率。本改造方案利用原乳液外循环加热系统部分设备,新增中间介质加热系统,实现了乳液和电加热器完全隔离,避免乳液在加热管上烧结后污染乳液,同时提高了乳液加热效率,保障了加热系统安全运行。As the original emulsion heating system of hot continuous rolling adopts direct electric heating of external circulation emul⁃sion,the electric heater has a large power,and the temperature of the outer wall of the electric heating tube in direct contact with the emulsion is high,resulting in sintering of the emulsion on the outer wall of the electric heating tube.By using some equipment of the original emulsion external circulation heating system and adding an intermediate medium heating system,this modification scheme real⁃izes the complete isolation between the emulsion and the electric heater,to avoid contamination of emulsion after sintering on heating tube,and the emulsion heating efficiency is improved,and the safe operation of the heating system can be guaranteed.
