摘　　要：文章介绍了刺辊针布梳理原理,分析了几种新型刺辊针布齿密、齿尖厚度、截面形态、角度、表面光洁度等技术创新优势,针对其优势、不足及未来发展方向进行了探讨,指出刺辊针布发展趋势为:高速高产高效、提高开松效果、减少纤维损伤、超长使用周期。The carding principle of taker-in card clothing is introduced.And the technological innovation advantages of several new types of taker-in card clothing are analyzed,including tooth density,tooth tip thickness,section shape,tooth angle and surface finish effect.The paper discusses their pros and cons as well as development directions,and points out that the development trend of taker-in card clothing is high speed,high yield,high efficiency,improved opening effect,reduced fiber damage and long service life.
