芳香整理精纺毛织物的服用性能研究

摘　　要：为了开发芳香型精纺毛织物,文章对芳香整理后的精纺毛织物的留香性能和服用性能进行了研究,分析比较了不同香味等级的精纺毛织物在存贮和水洗后的留香效果,以及服用过程中的抗起毛起球性能、透气透湿性能和悬垂性能。结果表明,经芳香整理后的精纺毛织物虽具有良好的留香效果,但耐水洗性较差,建议少水洗或不水洗,且密封存贮,以保持香味的持久性;芳香整理精纺毛织物的抗起毛起球性能较原织物得到改善,但透气透湿性和悬垂性降低,硬挺性提高,适宜用作外用服装面料。In order to develop aroma finished worsted fabrics,the paper carried out a study on its fragrance retention and wearability,comparing and analyzing the fragrance retention of the worsted wool fabrics with different fragrance levels after storage and washing,and researching its anti-pilling performance,air permeability,moisture permeability,and drapability.Results showed that although aroma finished worsted fabrics have excellent fragrance retention,their washing resistance is poor.It is recommended to reduce washing times,and store in a sealed place to maintain the persistence of fragrance.Compared with the original fabric,the anti-pilling performance of aroma finished worsted fabrics are improved,but its air permeability,moisture permeability,and drapability are reduced.Its stiffness is improved;therefore,it is suitable for use as outer garment fabrics.
