摘 要:随着渤海油田开发的不断深入,多个油田已进入高含水期,在平台处理流程已达到饱和情况下的稳油控水已成为目前渤海油田亟待解决的问题。利用井下油水分离技术,可以将地层采出液直接在井下进行油水分离。为了更好地将这项技术应用于现场,为此开展了渤海油田油水分离特性研究工作。该文利用高速离心机对岐口17-2、埕北、锦州9-3及绥中36-1油田的高含水采出液进行了油水分离实验。研究结果表明离心时间的延长及离心机转速提升对油水分离效果没有明显的促进作用,而添加破乳剂可显著提升油水分离效果;分离水驱替实验表明,添加适量破乳剂有利于减轻注入水对地层的伤害。该文通过实验模拟总结出了一套针对渤海油田不同油品性质的高含水产出液的油水分离特性规律,对油水分离技术在渤海油田的成功应用具有指导意义。With the developments of Bohai Oilfield,many oilfields have entered a high water-cut period.Stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut under the condition that the platform processing flow has reached the limit has become an urgent problem to be solved in Bohai Oilfield.It is proposed to use the underground oil-water separation technology to separate the formation production fluid directly into the well for oil-water separation.In order to better apply this technology to the site,research work on oilwater separation characteristics in the Bohai Oilfield was carried out for this purpose.In this paper,a high-speed centrifuge was used to conduct oil-water separation experiments on high-water-based production fluids in the QK17-2,CB,JZ9-3 and SZ36-1 oil fields.The research results that the extension of the centrifugation time and the increase of the centrifuge speed have no obvious promotion effect on the oil-water separation results,and the addition of demulsifier can significantly improve the oil-water separation results.The separation water flooding experiment shows that adding an appropriate amount of demulsifier is beneficial to reduce reservoir damage.Through experimental simulation,a set of rules for oil-water separation characteristics of high-water-containing production fluids with different oil properties in Bohai Oilfield was summarized,which has guiding significance for the successful application of oil-water separation technology in Bohai Oilfield.
