提眉联合保留部分眼轮匝肌的重睑术矫正中老年上睑皮肤松弛效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨提眉联合保留部分眼轮匝肌的重睑术矫正中老年上睑皮肤松弛效果。方法按照手术方法将我院2015年9月至2019年9月期间收治的90例中老年上睑皮肤松弛患者进行分组,对照组45例予以普通重睑术,观察组45例予以提眉联合保留部分眼轮匝肌的重睑术。术后随访6个月,观察两组患者矫正效果、术区恢复自然时间及满意度。结果术后随访6个月,观察组矫正效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术区恢复自然时间较对照组短,满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论提眉联合保留部分眼轮匝肌的重睑术矫正中老年上睑皮肤松弛效果确切,术后恢复速度快,切口隐蔽,效果持久,形态自然,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the effect of double eyelid surgery combining brow lift with partial orbicularis oculi muscle retention in correcting upper eyelid skin relaxation in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods:According to surgical methods,90 middle-aged and elderly patients with upper eyelid skin laxity admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were divided into groups.45 patients in the control group received normal double eyelid surgery,and 45 patients in the observation group received double eyelid surgery with eyebrow lifting combined with partial orbicularis oculi muscle retention.Postoperative follow-up was conducted for 6 months to observe the correction effect,natural recovery time and satisfaction of patients in the two groups.Results:After 6 months of follow-up,the correction effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the natural recovery time was shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double eyelid surgery combined with eyebrow lifting and partial orbicularis oculi muscle retention has an accurate effect on correcting upper eyelid skin relaxation in middle-aged and elderly patients,with a quick postoperative recovery,concealed incision,lasting effect and natural appearance,and is worthy of recommendation.
