摘　　要：目的对自体软骨移植与单纯假体移植应用于鼻尖整形的临床效果进行评价。方法计算机检索PUBMED、EMBASE数据库、万方数据库、中国知网中文数据库。收集自体软骨移植与假体移植行鼻尖整形的相关文献,进行meta分析。结果与单纯假体移植组相比,自体软骨移植组的鼻尖矫正成功率较高(P<0.05),并发症发生率较低(P<0.05);两组间在鼻尖整形手术时间以及术后鼻尖美学指标满意度(鼻尖宽度、鼻尖角、鼻尖表现点、后旋角)方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体软骨移植更易于协调鼻尖及鼻部比例,更大程度改善鼻部美观度,术后鼻尖矫正成功率高,并发症发生率低。由于自体软骨的取材会受患者自身软骨发育情况限制,因此,为达到更优的临床效果,应根据患者的具体情况,实行个性化的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autogenous cartilage transplantation and simple prosthesis transplantation in reshaping the nasal tips.Methods The computer searched PUBMED literature database,EMBASE database,Wanfang database,and China Knowledge Network Chinese database.related literatures of cartilage transplantation and simple prosthesis transplantation in reshaping the nasal tips were performed and meta-analysis was performed.Results Compared with the simple prosthesis transplantation group,the success rate of tip correction in the autogenous cartilage transplantation group was higher(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference,between the two groups(P>0.05),in terms of the time of rhinoplasty and the satisfaction of nasal tip aesthetic index(width of nasal tip,angle of nasal tip,tip of nose,retroversion angle of nasal tip).Conclusion Autogenous cartilage transplantation can easily coordinate the rate of nasal tip and nose,and obtain higher success rate of reshaping nasal tips and lower incidence of complications,and greatly improve the beauty of the nose.Because the selection of autogenous cartilage may be affected by the development of patients'own cartilage,in order to achieve better clinical effect,we should implement personalized treatment plan according to the specific situation of patients.
