滚针联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的观察滚针联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将就诊于我院的黄褐斑患者约100例作为研究对象,后随机分为观察组50例、对照组50例,两组均以氨甲环酸片口服,观察组加用滚针,观察两组患者治疗效果与复发及不良反应情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者治疗前的症状、MASI及DLQI评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后三者的评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者复发率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组均未见明显不良反应。结论滚针联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,不良反应少,复发率低,可改善患者临床症状,值得推广使用。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of rolling needle combined with tranexamic acid tablets in the treatment of chloasma.Method According to the random number table method,100 patients with chloasma who were treated in our hospital were taken as the research object,Randomly divided into observation group 50 cases,control group 50 cases.Both groups received oral tranexamic acid tablets,and the observation group added rolling needle to observe the treatment effect,recurrence and adverse reactions of the patients in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms,MASI and DLQI scores before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment,the scores of the three were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the recurrence rate of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were seen in both groups.Conclusion Rolling needle combined with tranexamic acid tablets has obvious curative effect on chloasma,with fewer adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
