摘　　要：目的探讨腋臭手术术后运用自粘性弹力绷带结合8字包扎的护理经验。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月的72例小切口腋臭手术的患者,给予自粘性弹力绷带联合普通8字包扎,加强整个整个围手术期的护理。结果72例腋臭手术患者中1例发生切口不愈合,1例出现皮瓣坏死,剩余70例Ⅰ期愈合。结论自粘性弹力绷带8字包扎腋臭手术我们采取的综合护理措施可以推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing experience of using self-adhesive elastic bandage combined with figure eight dressing after osmidrosis.Methods Seventy-two patients with small incision osmidrosis from January 2018 to January 2020 were given self-adhesive elastic bandages combined with ordinary figure-eight bandages to strengthen care throughout the entire perioperative period.Results One of the 72 patients with osmidrosis had incision non-healing,one case had flap necrosis,and the remaining 70 cases healed by first stage.Conclusion Self-adhesive elastic bandage 8-shaped bandage osmidrosis comprehensive nursing measures we take can be promoted and applied.
