美容护理理念在会阴完全裂伤分层修补术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的总结会阴完全撕裂伤行分层修补术患者围手术期护理方法,为临床提供借鉴。方法对2018年10月~2019年12月在我院接受会阴裂伤分层修补术的97例患者实施心理护理、健康宣教、胃肠道及会阴部术前准备、术后伤口护理、管道护理、并发症预防护理及排便功能训练指导等围手术期护理。结果经系统化围手术期护理,97例会阴完全撕裂伤患者均顺利完成分层修补术,术后平均住院天数为8d,平均排便功能恢复天数为(5.3±1.5)d,平均伤口愈合时间为(6.6±1.8)d;出院时伤口Ⅰ期愈合61例,Ⅱ期愈合27例,Ⅲ期愈合9例;术后3个月复诊,患者对修复效果均表示满意。结论根据会阴完全撕裂伤分层修补术患者护理特点及患者护理需求,开展系统化围手术期护理,可有效保证手术顺利进行,加速患者康复,促进伤口愈合,提升护理质量。Objective This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing methods for patients with perineal complete lacerations undergoing layered repair to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Psychological nursing,health education,gastrointestinal tract and perineal preoperative preparation,postoperative wound care,pipeline care,were performed on 97 patients who underwent perineal laceration repair in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 Perioperative nursing such as complications prevention nursing and defecation training guidance.Results After systematic perioperative nursing,97 patients with complete perineal lacerations successfully completed stratified repair.The average postoperative hospital stay was 8 days,the average bowel function recovery days was(5.3±1.5)days,and the average wound healing time was(6.6±1.8)d;at the time of discharge,61 cases of wounds healed in stage I,27 cases in stage II,and 9 cases in stage III;after 3 months of operation,the patients were satisfied with the repair effect.Conclusion According to the nursing characteristics of patients with perineal complete laceration repair and patient care needs,carrying out systematic perioperative nursing can effectively ensure the smooth operation of the surgery,accelerate patient recovery,promote wound healing,and improve the quality of care.
