城市快速路出口指路标志设置的交通安全性分析——以乌鲁木齐市为例

摘　　要：通过对乌鲁木齐市城市快速路指路系统存在问题和近年交通事故的研究表明,出口指路标志若设置不科学,交通安全将存在很大隐患.本文针对快速路上行驶的车辆,从正常行驶状态到发现出口标志之后而采取向右侧变换车道、减速、驶出出口的全过程,构建了车辆行驶模型.利用车辆行驶模型,对乌鲁木齐市城市快速路出口指路标志进行设计调整,提出了改进意见.结合本次对乌鲁木齐市城市快速路网指路系统进行全面改造的机会,彻底消除此类道路交通安全隐患.并对今后其他城市快速路网指路系统改造提供参考和借鉴.Through the research on the problems of the urban expressway system in Urumqi and the traffic crashes in recent years,it is shown that if the exit direction signs are not scientifically set,significant crash risks may occur.In this paper,a vehicle operations model is constructed for the vehicle traveling on expressways from the normal driving state to the discovery of exit signs and taking the whole process of changing the lane to the right,decelerating,exiting the expressway.Based on the vehicle operations model,this paper designs and adjusts exit direction signs on urban expressways in Urumqi,and puts forward some recommendations for improvement.The research results of this paper provides a great opportunity to comprehensively transform the urban expressway guide signing in Urumqi and thus to help eliminate this kind of road traffic safety hazards.In addition,it provides valuable guidance for improving expressway network guide signing system in other cities.
