摘  要:综合客运枢纽换乘环节直接影响到城市客运系统网络节点的服务能力和运行效率.为实现高铁站综合客运枢纽换乘服务便利化,本文选取全国13个主要高铁站综合客运枢纽基于旅客出行切身感受和便利化程度进行问卷调查,深入分析了枢纽在换乘标识指引、购票进站、信息查询、交通接驳设施、城市对外交通衔接等方面存在的共性和个性问题,并提出相应的建议对策,从而为综合客运枢纽换乘服务质量的改进提供了参考依据.The transfer link of the integrated passenger transport hub directly affects the service capability and operational efficiency of the network nodes of the urban passenger transport system.In order to facilitate the transfer service of the high-speed railway station passenger hub,this paper selects thirteen major high-speed railway station passenger transport hubs across the country to conduct a questionnaire survey based on the passenger experience and convenience level,and thoroughly analyzes the hub's transfer sign guidance and ticket purchase.The commonality and individuality problems in station,information inquiry,traffic connection facilities,urban external traffic connection are identified,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.This research provides a reference for the improvement of the service quality of the integrated passenger transportation hub.
