摘　　要：目的:比较不同产地牛大力中总黄酮、总皂苷及总多糖的含量差异,为其质量评价及应用提供参考依据。方法:选取广东、广西、海南、福建产地的牛大力,以水为溶剂,采用加热回流提取,通过UV法测定其水提物中总黄酮、总皂苷及总多糖含量。结果:总黄酮线性范围为32.70~87.20μg·ml^-1(r=0.9994),平均回收率为98.87%,RSD为1.44%(n=6),样品含量:海南万宁>广东云浮>福建古田>广西钦州。总皂苷线性范围为15.83~158.33μg·ml^-1(r=0.9974),平均回收率为98.56%,RSD为1.93%(n=6),样品含量:海南万宁>广西钦州>广东云浮>福建古田。总多糖线性范围为1.98~9.91μg·ml^-1(r=0.9995),平均回收率为98.88%,RSD为1.92%(n=6),样品含量:海南万宁>广东云浮>广西钦州>福建古田。结论:不同产地牛大力的成分含量不一,以海南的品质较佳;可作为食补药材用于养生保健。Objective:To compare the contents of total flavonoids,total saponins and total polysaccharides in Millettia speciosa Champ.from different producing areas to provide reference for its quality evaluation and application.Methods:Millettia speciosa Champ.from Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan and Fujian provinces were extracted by heating reflux with water as the solvent.The contents of total flavonoids,saponins and polysaccharides were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The linear range of total flavonoids was 32.70-87.20μg·ml^-1(r=0.9994),and the average recovery was 98.87%and the RSD was 1.44%(n=6).The order of the content in the samples was as follows:Hainan Wanning>Guangdong Yunfu>Fujian Gutian>Guangxi Qinzhou.The linear range of total saponins was 15.83-158.33μg·ml^-1(r=0.9974),and the average recovery was 98.56%and the RSD was 1.93%(n=6).The order of the content in the samples was as follows:Hainan Wanning>Guangxi Qinzhou>Guangdong Yunfu>Fujian Gutian.The linear range of total polysaccharides was 1.98-9.91μg·ml^-1(r=0.9995),and the average recovery was 98.88%and the RSD was 1.92%(n=6).The order of the content in the samples was as follows:Hainan Wanning>Guangdong Yunfu>Guangxi Qinzhou>Fujian Gutian.Conclusion:The component contents of Millettia speciosa Champ.from different producing areas are different,and the samples from Hainan exhibit better quality,and can be used as food tonic for health care.
