摘　　要：文章探讨在PCB钻孔过程中普遍存在的钻头缠丝问题,对钻头的缠丝进行分类,通过案例来阐述环氧玻纤板加工中小钻头缠铝丝问题的原因和改善思路。并对中大钻头缠丝、PTFE板材钻头缠丝、背钻钻头缠丝等常见的工艺问题进行简要论述,对于PCB钻孔具有参考价值。This paper mainly discusses the common problems of drilling bit twisted wire in PCB drilling process,classifies the twisted wire of drill bit,and expounds the causes and improvement ideas of the problem of small drill bit twisted aluminum wire in the processing of multi-layer epoxy fiberglass board through cases.The paper also briefly discusses the common process problems such as twisted wire of medium and large drill bit,drill bit twisted wire of PTFE board and back-drill,which has a good reference value for PCB drilling.
