摘  要:荷兰菊、千屈菜以及狼尾草均是盐碱地重要的观赏性植物,并且具有一定的药用价值。盐胁迫对不同植物的生长发育有不同程度的影响,为探究荷兰菊、千屈菜及狼尾草的耐盐响应,试验以这3种植物钵育幼苗为试材,采用盆栽浇盐(不同盐浓度处理)方法,对3种植物进行耐盐试验。结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制了3种植物的生长,且株高和生物量均呈明显下降趋势,处理间差异显著。此外,以植物生长量下降50%时盐浓度作为其耐盐阈值可推断出荷兰菊的耐盐阈值在3.8~4.3g/kg,千屈菜在2.3~2.8g/kg,狼尾草在2.6~3.1g/kg。Symphyotrichum novi-belgii,Lythrum salicaria and Pennisetum alopecuroides are important ornamental plants in saline-alkali land and they have certain medicinal value.Salt stress has different effects on the growth and development of different plants.In order to explore the response of salt-tolerance of them,this experiment took pot seedlings of Symphyotrichum novi-belgii,Lythrum salicaria and Pennisetum alopecuroides as test materials,and use the method of pouring salt in potted plants(treatment with different salt concentrations)to conduct salt tolerance test on three kinds of plants.The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited the plant height and biomass of the three plants,all of which showed a significant decreasing trend,and the differences were significant compared with the control group.The salt tolerance thresholds of the Symphyotrichum novi-belgii,Lythrum salicaria and Pennisetum alopecuroides were 3.8~4.3g/kg,2.3~2.8g/kg and 2.6~3.1g/kg,respectively.
