摘  要:目的:研究核心力量训练对青少年女子跳跃运动员的各项身体素质指标以及专项能力的作用程度。方法,采用实验法对4名青少年女子跳跃运动员进行12周的核心力量训练,观察并分析实验效果。结果:12周的核心力量训练,使4名受试对象在身体素质的30m跑、60m跑、立定跳远、立定三级跳远、立定二级跳远、后抛实心球、60s徒手仰卧起坐、60s负重仰卧起坐指标上,较实验前提高显著,在跳远或三级跳远专项成绩上也有较大提高。结论:12周的核心力量训练对青少年女子跳跃运动员的身体素质和专项成绩提升效果显著。Objective:to study the effect of core strength training on the physical fitness indexes and special abilities of young female jumpers.Methods:four young female jumpers were trained in core strength for 12 weeks,and the experimental results were observed and analyzed.Results:after 12 weeks of core strength training,the physical fitness of the four subjects in the 30 meter run,60 meter run,standing long jump,standing triple jump,standing double jump,back throwing solid ball,60 seconds barehanded sit ups,60 seconds weight-bearing sit ups were significantly improved than before the experiment,and also in the long jump or triple jump special performance.Conclusion:the 12 week core strength training has a significant effect on improving the physical quality and special performance of young female jumpers.
