摘 要:农村学校体育贫困作为教育扶贫的藩篱,受国家政府及教育部门的高度重视。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对体育贫困、农村学校体育贫困概念进行界定。根据学校体育贫困概念对其贫困成因展开分析,对其治理方式进行探究。结果表明,农村学校体育贫困成因有以经济水平滞后造就学校体育基础建设贫困、专业体育教师匮乏形成人力资源贫困、体育意识欠缺引发健康贫困3方面。教育部门应落实农村学校体育贫困治理,补充体育教师数量,切实提高教师待遇;配备相应体育器材,因地制宜合理利用资源开设体育课程;落实政策加大体育经费投入与管理。Sports poverty in rural schools,as a barrier to education and poverty alleviation,is highly valued by the national government and the education department.By means of literature,logic analysis and so on,according to the rural school sports poverty literature combs,defines its concept,analyzes the causes of rural school sports poverty to explore its governance path.The results show that the three causes of sports poverty in rural schools have three aspects:the economic level lags behind to create school sports infrastructure poverty,the lack of professional sports teachers to form human resources poverty,and the lack of sports awareness to lead to healthy poverty.The education department should implement the rural school sports poverty management,supplement the number of physical education teachers,and effectively improve the treatment of teachers;Equipped with corresponding sports equipment,according to local conditions and reasonable use of resources to set up sports courses;We will implement policies to increase investment and management of sports funds.
