大学生创新创业能力培养实践平台的构建——以河南工程学院电子科学与技术专业为例

摘　　要：创新创业教育是高等学校提高学生素质与能力,适应社会发展趋势,推动经济、科技发展的重要途径。河南工程学院作为一所新兴本科院校,为提高电子科学与技术专业学生培养质量,建立了以提升创新创业能力为导向的人才培养机制,进一步深化人才培养方案改革,并提供了相应的政策支持与制度保障。对应于不同层次学生需求,构建了三级创新创业实践平台,第一、二级实践平台面向培养具有较强应用技术与实践能力的大学生;第三级实践平台培养目标为进一步提升少数精英大学生的创新创业素质与能力。通过人才培养模式改革和创新创业实践平台的构建与改进,电子科学与技术专业人才培养质量得到明显提高。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way for colleges and universities to improve the quality and ability of students,to adapt to the trend of social development,and promote the development of economy and science and technology.Henan University of Engineering,as a new undergraduate college,has established a talent training mechanism guided by the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,further deepened the reform of talent training program,and provided corresponding policy support and system guarantee in order to improve the training quality of students majoring in Electronic Science and technology.In response to the needs of different levels of students,a three-level innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform has been constructed.The first and second level practice platforms are for the cultivation of college students with strong application technology and practice ability.The third level practice platform aims to further improve the quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of a small number of elite college students.Through the reform of talent training mode and the construction and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,the quality of talent training of Electronic Science and Technology major in our university has been significantly improved.
