摘  要:本文通过搭建液滴碰撞试验台,研究了甘油液滴分别撞击干燥水平壁面和带液滴壁面时碰撞力随时间的变化规律。研究结果显示:液滴撞击干燥壁面时,碰撞力峰值随碰撞速度与液滴直径的增大而增大;不同液滴直径与碰撞速度下的无因次碰撞力-无因次时间曲线明显贴近,无因次碰撞力峰值随液滴雷诺数增大而具有下降趋势;撞击带液滴壁面会使碰撞力峰值减小,碰撞力持续时间延长,液滴撞击带液滴壁面与干燥壁面的碰撞力峰值之比随碰撞速度增加先减小后趋于平缓。An experimental setup was developed to study the impact force evolutions of glycerin droplets colliding on a horizontal plate or the plate with a droplet on it.The results show that the peak impact force increases with the increasing of the droplet diameter and the impact velocity.The dimensionless impact force shows that all of the dimensionless impact force curves are close to each other.In addition,the dimensionless peak impact force decreases with the increase in the Re number.The peak impact force of a droplet impacting on a plate with a droplet on it is smaller than the peak impact force of a droplet impacting on a dry plate.In comparison with the case of a droplet impacting on a dry plate(case A),the peak force of a droplet impacting on a plate with a droplet(case B)is smaller,but the time duration of case B is longer.The peak force ratio of case B to case A decreases with the increase in the impact velocity at the low impact velocity,and then remains almost constant at the high impact velocity.
