摘 要:基于一维流动模型和复合形法/模拟退火法的优化算法,建立了多级轴流压气机性能预测和导静叶调节优化的方法,编制了相应的Python计算程序,获得了NASA-74A跨音速轴流压气机前三级的气动性能图及最优导静叶调节角度。结果表明:该压气机气动性能的预测结果与试验数据吻合较好,喘振边界预测较准;导静叶调节角度的组合优化使各转速下的最高效率提升明显。研究工作表明所建立的性能预测与调节优化方法具有一定的可靠性,对发展多级高负荷轴流压气机的先进气动设计体系及调节技术具有理论参考价值和重要工程应用意义。Based on the meanline flow model and the optimization algorithm combining complex method with simulated annealing algorithm,an aerodynamic performance prediction and IGV-stator setting angles adjustment optimization method is proposed for multi-stage axial-flow compressors.The related Python codes are developed and applied to the first three-stage transonic axial-flow compressor NASA-74 A.The aerodynamic performance map and optimal IGV-stator setting angles are obtained.The results show that the proposed method is capable of predicting the aerodynamic performance map in good agreement with the experimental data,in particular,is capable of predicting accurately the surge boundaries at various speedlines.The IGV-stator setting angles adjustment optimization achieves significant improvement in the maximum adiabatic efficiency at each speedline.The work demonstrates the reliability of the proposed method and codes,and is of certain theoretical reference value and important engineering application significance for the development of advanced aerodynamic design system and adjustment technology for multi-stage highly-loaded axial-flow compressors.
